Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Advisory: Partner with cross-functional business units to translate strategic needs into compelling visual concepts; facilitate ideation workshops and recommend design approaches tailored to specific audiences.
Visual Design Execution: Create end-to-end assets and interactive prototypes for web platforms, mobile applications, social media campaigns, print, internal communications, and digital marketing initiatives.
Brand Evolution & Standards: Enforce brand consistency while shaping visual design systems, component libraries, design guidelines, and production templates across all customer touchpoints.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Team up with UX/UI designers, marketing managers, copywriters, and developers to assess project scope, solve complex visual challenges, and deliver unified digital experiences.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Monitor emerging industry trends in digital design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and user experience to streamline team workflows and elevate organizational design maturity.
Qualifications
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Proven background in visual creation within digital-first marketing and enterprise environments, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse, high-impact design work.
Mastery of modern design software (Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.), strong typography/layout skills, and a solid understanding of UX/UI best practices and accessibility guidelines.
Exceptional strategic thinking, organization, and project management skills with the ability to navigate multiple deliverables simultaneously.
Fluency in French and English (advanced/bilingual proficiency required).
Our client operates in Canada. The company takes all reasonable steps to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both spoken and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to interact with centralized internal departments (e.g., Operations / HR / Finance / Legal / Contracts / Sales) that support the organization in Canada and that do not speak French.
