Responsibilities
Your role will be central to the success of our projects. Your main tasks, presented clearly and directly, will be to:
Manage the complete sales cycle for opportunities to secure quality design projects.
Develop and deliver coordinated plans and specifications, strictly adhering to established budgets and timelines.
Transparently present any changes or adjustments to the project frameworks, from sales to the end of the design phase.
Ensure sound management of client payments to maintain positive cash flow throughout the projects.
Act as the guardian of the modernist and innovative conceptual vision that defines our approach.
Qualifications
To excel in this Design Lead position, we are looking for a talent who combines creativity with a sense of organization. We value potential and personality as much as experience.
You are a creative individual, passionate about design, architecture, and thoughtful construction.
You have relevant experience in project management, knowing how to satisfy clients while meeting commitments.
