Responsibilities
We are looking for a talent who can navigate with ease between the different phases of a project, from sales to execution. Your key responsibilities include:
Project Leadership: Manage the complete sales cycle to turn opportunities into concrete design projects.
Design and Management: Develop coordinated plans and specifications, while strictly adhering to budgets and timelines. Your experience in structural design (steel, wood, concrete, etc.) will be a major asset.
Transparent Communication: Clearly and directly present changes and adjustments to stakeholders, from sales to the end of the design phase.
Expert Vision: Act as the guardian of the modernist and innovative vision that defines our approach for every project in Montreal.
Qualifications
We value creativity and a sense of organization. Experience is important, but potential and personality are just as much.
You have experience in managing structural projects, with a strong understanding of construction standards and codes. You are a person who is:
Creative and passionate, with a strong interest in design, architecture, and thoughtful construction.
Results-oriented, capable of managing priorities to deliver a high-quality final product.
An excellent communicator, with an ability to move projects forward and build solid relationships.
Perseverant in the face of challenges and open to coaching and constructive criticism.
