Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned condominium properties
- Act as the primary liaison between Condominium Boards, residents, vendors, and stakeholders
- Prepare for and attend Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and owner meetings
- Ensure compliance with the Condominium Act, governing documents, and applicable legislation
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, capital projects, and vendor performance
- Conduct regular site inspections and address operational concerns proactively
- Assist with budget preparation, financial reviews, reserve fund planning, and monthly reporting
- Monitor arrears, compliance matters, and resident relations issues
- Review and negotiate service contracts as required
- Provide exceptional customer service while fostering strong community relationships
Qualifications
- CMRAO General Licence required
- RCM designation considered a strong asset
- 5+ years of condominium management experience
- Strong understanding of condominium governance and legislation
- Experience working directly with Condominium Boards
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
