Location: Laval (100% remote after the onboarding period
Status: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (perfect for skipping the morning traffic!)

Attractive Compensation: A stable base salary of $17.00/hour, paired with uncapped monthly commissions.

Responsibilities
As a Direct Sales Advisor, your core mission will be to:
Manage a daily volume of 70 to 120 outbound calls to a qualified, receptive customer base (distributed equitably on a weekly basis).
Present extended service warranty options for customer devices with clarity, precision, and enthusiasm.
Master the art of objection handling, showing resilience and converting hesitation into successful transactions.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a low plan cancellation rate.
Actively collaborate with your manager during call-coaching sessions to refine and perfect your sales pitch.
Ensure meticulous administrative tracking of customer files within internal databases (Microsoft Teams and Access).
Qualifications
Proven Consultative Sales Experience: Ideally gained in big-ticket retail sales (e.g., in-store appliances, furniture, or electronics). Traditional, purely scripted call center experience is less preferred. Prior experience selling protection plans is a major asset.
Fluent Bilingualism: Fully functional and fluent in both French and English (verbal and written).
Strong Interpersonal Skills: High resilience, a results-driven mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to project warmth and a smile over the phone.
Exemplary Job Stability: A proven track record of professional loyalty (no history of job-hopping every 18 months or unexplained employment gaps).
Required Technical Setup: You must own a functional computer running Windows 11 and a stable, high-speed internet connection via a direct ethernet cable connection (no Wi-Fi).
Commute Flexibility: Ability to occasionally travel to the Laval office for initial training or collaborative team call-coaching sessions.
Background Check: Successful completion of a mandatory regulatory criminal background check, required for handling financial data.
English proficiency is required for this position as the company serves a diverse pan-Canadian clientele, 40% of whom are exclusively English-speaking. Additionally, the successful candidate will collaborate closely on a daily basis with the National Director and corporate support teams based outside of Quebec, whose exclusive working language is English. Therefore, fluency in French alone is insufficient for this role.
