Responsibilities
- Coordinate the work of the teams under his/her responsibility
- Plan the daily work schedule (loading and delivery schedule)
- Execute daily work schedule (recipe preparation and delivery
scheduling of deliveries)
- Take customer calls and respond to their needs (order taking,
modification of orders, follow-up of work in progress)
- Prepare concrete recipes in line with customer requests, in compliance with
established quality standards
- Ensure that all operations run smoothly
- Perform all other tasks as required
Qualifications
- Comfortable using various computer tools;
- Experience working in a ready-mix concrete plant (an asset);
- Leadership, initiative and organizational skills;
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously;
- Class 3 driver's license (travel between Valleyfield and Vaudreuil).
