By occupying the position of chargé de projet – entrepreneur général, your days will be paced by the following actions:
Simultaneously coordinate approximately four redevelopment or new construction projects.
Ensure rigorous management of administrative documents for public and institutional projects.
Collaborate closely with superintendents and subcontractors on sites in Laval and the greater Montreal area.
Actively participate in weekly team meetings to optimize processes.
Ensure compliance with budgets, schedules, and the strictest safety standards.
Qualifications

We are looking for a chargé de projet – entrepreneur général with the following profile:
Hold a degree in civil engineering or construction management.
Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience mandatorily acquired with a general contractor.
Demonstrate excellent mastery of public project management (a major asset).
Show great autonomy and an ability to navigate complex administrative structures.
Have an approach focused on solutions and teamwork.
