As part of the broader mandate to improve the experience for individuals with disabilities and senior clients, the successful candidate will support the Senior Director, Client Experience, by ensuring oversight mechanisms and compliance structures meet evolving legislative and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions (excluding the US).

Responsibilities
•Support the Oversight Function Lead in managing regulatory compliance for accessibility across Canadian provinces and global (non-US) regions.
•Conduct risk assessments and provide proactive, specialized compliance analysis and advice.
•Ensure the accessibility compliance program is aligned with the Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) framework.
•Track, analyze, and summarize regulatory developments and deficiency action plans.
•Manage compliance review meetings and lead stakeholder discussions.
•Coordinate the submission of regulatory reports, including the Chief Compliance Officer’s Report.
•Maintain and update the RCM Library and ensure policy alignment.
•Assist in setting up new Regulatory Group Topics (RGTs) and controls.
Qualifications
Must-Have Experience and Skills:
•4–5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory environments, or risk management.
•Strong knowledge of provincial and global (non-US) accessibility laws and regulations.
•Experience with RCM frameworks and conducting risk assessments.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, summarizing data).
•Proven ability to manage compliance processes and reporting.
Nice to Have:
•Background in business analysis or experience at a consulting firm.
•Familiarity with accessibility challenges or working with individuals with disabilities.
•Experience in process documentation and continuous improvement.
Soft Skills:
•High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
•Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
•Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
