Responsibilities
- Evaluate the company's existing financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement financial transformation strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize cash flow.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure the successful implementation of transformation initiatives.
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations to leaders and stakeholders on financial best practices.
- Develop tools and processes to track and measure the progress of financial transformation.
Qualifications
- University degree in finance, accounting or related field, a CPA or CFA certification would be an asset.
-Proven experience in the field of corporate finance and project management.
- Mastery of financial management and planning IT tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to analyze financial data and make strategic recommendations.
- Knowledge of current accounting and regulatory standards.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio) and SharePoint.
