- Salary ranges from 55k to 65k depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the flow of inbound and outbound shipments
- Ensure that truckers' daily routes are confirmed and completed
- Ensure carrier compliance with company policies and procedures
- Review, prepare and communicate specific driver requirements and procedures
- Handle driver and customer requests in a professional and timely manner
- Track and update shipment status
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of the transport sector in general
- Excellent knowledge of various transportation softwares
- Minimum 2 years experience as a dispatcher with container knowledge
- Bilingualism (French and English)
- Good knowledge of the territory (asset)
- Degree in transportation and logistics / supply chain (asset)
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
