Your Role
As Continuous Improvement Manager, you'll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential. Your scope includes:
- Coach teams on the effective use of Lean manufacturing tools.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the paper mill and converting plant.
- Conduct quarterly loss analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
- Align action plans with the most impactful cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide guidance on the daily use of PerformEx principles and tools.
- Analyze operational data to identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate structured problem solving using the DMAIC methodology.
- Lead cost reduction projects using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
What you bring
You're a natural fit for Continuous Improvement Manager if you have:
- Engineering background with a strong understanding of operations and Lean principles.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Power BI or SAP is an asset.
- Ability to coach teams and support organizational change.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional leadership teams.
- Green Belt or Black Belt certification is an asset.
