Responsibilities
Review, negotiate, and amend contractual paperwork to align with OpenText legal and business standards.
Participate in contract negotiation calls with existing and prospective customers, supporting Sales, Support Renewals, and Legal teams.
Identify and execute opportunities to streamline and improve existing off-cloud Renewals practices.
Assist with special projects and team/departmental initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business or contracting, or equivalent experience in off-Cloud Renewals.
Prior experience in contract review, drafting, and negotiation, preferably in the software industry or related field.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Extremely detail-oriented and accurate.
Ability to multitask effectively.
Adaptability to changing and fast-paced conditions.
Willingness to take on challenges and new objectives.
Proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of the company.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Experience with business deal risk analysis and revenue recognition concepts.
Experience contracting with international, Government, and regulated bodies is a plus.
