Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and review of monthly and year-end financial reporting packages, including key business performance indicators.
- Provide financial insights and variance analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Support annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting activities to help drive business planning.
- Oversee treasury activities and cash position management to maintain healthy working capital.
- Maintain strong financial governance practices and ensure compliance with internal policies and reporting standards.
- Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, improve efficiencies, and leverage technology across finance functions.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including payables, receivables, payroll, reconciliations, and month-end close.
- Partner with leadership on financial systems optimization, upgrades, and process integration initiatives.
- Coordinate corporate tax filings and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and support the accounting team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and provide financial leadership on operational and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- CPA designation
- Experience working in professional services industry
- SAP experience (nice to have)
- Experience leading a team
