In this position, you will report directly to the Finance Manager and collaborate closely with various business leaders across the company.

Responsibilities
- Engage directly in discussions regarding business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with the AI Solutions team, finance (FP&A), and business partners to provide dependable, production-ready data assets.
- Develop and manage data pipelines that consolidate information across various enterprise systems.
- Combine data from disparate source systems into structured, high-quality datasets optimized for analysis.
- Design and support core datasets that act as the single source of truth for company-wide metrics.
- Deploy automated quality validation rules and address data discrepancies to maintain high accuracy and trust.
- Utilize modern development practices—such as CI/CD, automation, unit testing, and Git—to deliver dependable analytics tools.
- Facilitate self-service analytics by managing semantic layers and data models within Power BI.
- Work alongside the IT department to enforce proper access permissions that comply with organizational security standards.
Qualifications
- Post secondary degree in a relevant field
- 5 to 10 years experience in business intelligence with exposure to data architecture design
- Experience building data pipelines and integrating data from multiple systems
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Databricks or Microsoft Fabric preferred)
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong SQL and Python skills
