Controller - West Island

Advantages
Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 per year plus annual bonus
Status: Permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours/week) on-site
Benefits: 4 weeks of vacation and group insurance


Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Generate consolidated financial statements.
• Produce various reports and financial analyses
• Manage the closing process, including the recording and reconciliation of foreign exchange
• Manage and reconcile all transactions between different company entities.
• Handle detailed account reconciliations for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory.
• Lead and coordinate the annual audit.
• Prepare and submit various tax declarations, such as GST/QST.
• Ensure all required international regulatory filings are completed.
• All other related duties.


Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with accounting software and strong analytical skills.
- Bilingualism: French and English (International exposure)
