Responsibilities
You will work closely with the kitchen team to deliver a premium meal service. Your responsibilities will be varied and dynamic:
•Culinary Creation: Actively contribute to the preparation of varied, high-quality, healthy, and homemade meals for our employees.
•Efficient Service: Collaborate with the team to ensure fast and smooth meal service, particularly during the peak lunch hour (service condensed to approximately 1.25 hours).
•Versatile Functions: Prepare and serve beverages and snacks as needed.
•Transaction Management: Use the POS cash system to accurately process employee transactions (payments, cash, and others).
•Cleanliness and Hygiene: Wash and sanitize dishes, cutlery, and all kitchen equipment daily. Maintain the kitchen as clean, organized, and compliant with strict food safety standards.
•Maintenance: Regularly check the condition of kitchen equipment (knives, deep fryer, oven, pots, pans, etc.) and report any maintenance needs.
Qualifications

•Experience (Asset): Prior experience as a cook or in a similar function is an asset, ideally in a high-volume environment (corporate, institutional, etc.).
•Technical Skills: Knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen safety standards.
•Functional Bilingualism: Ability to communicate in French and English.
•Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
•Rigor and Cleanliness: Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
•Autonomy and Team Spirit: Ability to work autonomously while being a reliable and collaborative team player.
•Attitude: A positive attitude and genuine passion for customer service (our employees).
