Responsibilities
As a Service Coordinator, you will serve as the hub of daily operations, managing real-time priorities and contingencies:
Handle emergency service calls and adjust daily schedules in real time.
Kick off each morning by contacting field technicians to confirm dispatch plans and job details.
Proactively monitor open service tickets and ensure all calls are properly closed out by the end of the day.
Maintain clear, ongoing communication with commercial and industrial clients to schedule or adjust appointments.
Work in close collaboration with the dispatch planner overseeing scheduled maintenance.
Actively participate in improving internal dispatch tools and adopting new technology platforms.
During off-peak periods, assist with administrative follow-ups, client record updates, and service quote callbacks.
Qualifications
Relevant experience in dispatching, route planning, or emergency service coordination.
Strong computer literacy and agility in learning new software applications.
Functional bilingualism (French and English) to converse comfortably with diverse clients and team members.
Outstanding organizational skills and a proven ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and ease in communicating with both technicians and business clients.
Team spirit, autonomy, and a proactive mindset toward change.
Access to a personal vehicle (the facility in Longueuil is not easily accessible via public transit)
