Responsibilities
Overseeing and monitoring the partner certification program
Managing vehicle fleet compliance and warranty follow-ups
Supporting fleet orders, logistics, and billing
Maintaining and improving internal tools (Airtable, booking systems, CRM)
Assisting in the development of digital tools and select marketing projects
Collaborating on strategic growth initiatives within the team
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, or a related field
Experience in customer service or coordination
Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written
Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Salesforce, Airtable
Strong organizational skills and the ability to create and present clear, visual documents
Background in tourism or powersports industries is a plus
Language Requirement
Fluency in English is required for this position, as most day-to-day communications are conducted in English with international teams, suppliers, and partners (U.S., Europe, Mexico, Australia).
