🎯 Job description
The coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations in the department assigned to him/her (logistics, customer service, production or administration, depending on profile). He or she will work closely with internal teams to ensure effective management of activities and communications.

Responsibilities
Coordinate daily activities related to production, logistics or customer service
Liaise between the various departments (sales, warehouse, purchasing, etc.)
Prepare follow-up reports (orders, deliveries, performance, etc.)
Resolve operational problems proactively
Support managers in planning and organising tasks
Participate in internal meetings and follow up actions
Qualifications
âś… Qualifications sought-
Temporary contract - replacement
Minimum 1 to 2 years' relevant experience in coordination
Knowledge of the food or distribution sector (an asset)
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
Bilingual (French/English), spoken and written
Proficiency in office automation tools (Excel, Outlook, ERP, etc.)
