Responsibilities
Actively support the Strategic Alliances team in developing and maintaining relationships with current and future partners.
Rigorously ensure that the rights and benefits outlined in partnership agreements are delivered with excellence.
Collaborate with the operations team to create necessary resources for onboarding the partner network.
Produce engagement reports and analyze key metrics to measure the success and impact of alliances.
Work closely with operations to identify new high-value alliance opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
Proven experience in partnership management or support.
Full bilingualism (English and French), both spoken and written.
Proficiency with technological tools: Salesforce, Google Suite, and Air Table.
High level of comfort in creating impactful visual presentations (slides).
Analytical mindset ("data-driven") with the ability to challenge the status quo to optimize processes.
Recognized team player with a global mindset and a proactive attitude.
Knowledge of English is required for this position as the incumbent will be required to collaborate daily with partners and stakeholders located outside of Quebec. In accordance with Bill 96, a French version of this job posting is available and takes precedence
