Responsibilities
As the Sales Coordinator in Saint-Hubert, your primary responsibilities will include:
-Supporting the sales representatives with daily activities, including quote follow-ups, presentation preparation, client outreach, and CRM updates.
-Liaising between the sales, estimating, order entry, and customer service departments to guarantee a seamless workflow.
-Conducting regular client follow-ups and re-engaging with pending projects.
-Prioritizing sales opportunities in line with company goals and production capacity.
-Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our internal processes.
-Maintaining data integrity by ensuring all client information in the ERP and CRM systems is accurate, consistent, and high-quality.
Qualifications
Qualifications for the Sales Coordinator position in Saint-Hubert include:
-Proven experience in a sales coordination or customer service role.
-Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
-Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
-Hands-on experience with CRM and/or ERP software.
-Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
-A customer-centric mindset with a professional and confident phone manner.
-The ability to work independently, take initiative, and be a dedicated team player.
