We are looking for a proactive and well-organised temporary coordinator (possibility of permanence) to ensure the continuity of our operations during a replacement period. Reporting to management or the team leader, the coordinator plays a central role in administrative management, interdepartmental coordination and follow-up of ongoing files.

Responsibilities
Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the team or department concerned
Liaise between the various internal departments (logistics, production, HR, etc.)
Participate in the planning and monitoring of projects or deliverables
Manage internal and external communications (emails, calls, meetings)
Prepare, update and monitor administrative documents, tables and reports
Support managers in organisational and administrative tasks
Help improve processes and ensure they are applied
Qualifications
DEC or DEP in administration, office automation or any relevant field
Minimum experience of 1 to 3 years in a coordination or administrative support position
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken French - English an asset)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Organisational skills, autonomy, ability to manage multiple priorities
Positive, professional and solution-oriented attitude
