• Develop and execute a comprehensive training plan for Microsoft Copilot adoption.
• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to team members both virtually and in-person.

• Guide users on leveraging Copilot to enhance meeting productivity within Microsoft Teams.
• Train employees on using Copilot to draft, refine, and generate content across Microsoft 365.
• Assist in the implementation and delivery of our client's broader learning and development initiatives.
• Customize training content to address the specific use cases of different business units.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated high-level expertise and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Copilot.
• Proven experience as a corporate trainer or learning and development specialist.
• Exceptional facilitation skills with experience leading both in-person and virtual workshops.
• Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple training priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage diverse audiences.
