Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Controller, you will be responsible for the corporate accounting of several entities, while actively participating in special projects related to the company's growth.
- Contribute to the preparation of consolidated financial statements (multi-entities, multi-currencies).- Work closely with the controller in supervising accounting operations.- Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses to support decision-making.- Serve as the point of contact for external auditors and assist in the preparation of audit files.- Contribute to the development of dashboards and performance indicators.- Collaborate with project, operations, and IT teams to optimize processes.- Participate in the implementation or optimization of financial tools and ERP systems.- Collaborate on acquisition, integration, or automation process projects.
Qualifications
- CPA accounting title or in the process of being obtained, a major asset
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in general or financial accounting
- Strong analytical skills, rigor, and ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment.
- Mastery of IFRS standards, a considerable advantage
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and knowledge of an ERP
