Reporting to the Senior Director, the Corporate Controller is responsible for overseeing corporate accounting activities and producing reliable, compliant, and timely financial information. They will play a key role in managing complex financial projects and strategic initiatives aimed at supporting the organization's growth and transformation.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all corporate accounting activities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, entity consolidation, and the preparation of financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and the company’s internal policies.
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of accounting professionals to ensure a high level of performance and quality.
- Actively participate in the planning and implementation of large-scale financial and accounting projects.
- Collaborate with FP&A, treasury, tax, and operations teams to ensure consistency and reliability of consolidated financial information.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure the maintenance of a robust and effective internal control system.
- Prepare detailed financial analyses and management reports for senior management.
Qualifications
- University degree in finance, accounting, or management (CPA is a significant asset).
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in financial management.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian accounting and tax standards.
- Advanced skills in financial analysis and modeling. - Experience in implementing ERP solutions or innovative financial tools.
- Collaborative leadership, ability to work in a fast-paced evolving environment.
