Reporting to the B2B marketing and communications team, you will plan and execute business events, trade shows, and conferences throughout North America. These initiatives will aim to accelerate brand awareness and lead generation, as well as optimize ROI on events and sponsorships.

Responsibilities
- B2B Calendar Management: Develop and manage the annual event calendar (trade shows, conferences, sponsorships) for North America, aligned with marketing and sales objectives.
- End-to-End Event Logistics: Oversee organization from start to finish (booths, bookings, transport, on-site staff, and project timelines).
- Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and coordinate service providers (booth designers, AV teams, transport companies, caterers).
- Budget & Administration: Track expenses, issue purchase orders, and ensure the profitability of each project.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align brand messaging and maximize lead generation.
- ROI Analysis: Evaluate post-event business impact (lead generation, outcomes) through reporting and CRM tracking.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in B2B/industrial events (trade shows, conferences; ideally in North America). Private/social events excluded.
- Languages: Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) to communicate daily with English-speaking clients/partners outside Quebec.
- Skills: Budget management, procurement processes (POs, invoicing), and logistics/CRM tracking.
- Personal attributes: Organizational skills, autonomy, attention to detail, and strong negotiation skills.
- Availability: Occasional travel within North America required.
