Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Senior Director, you will play a key role in supporting strategic decisions by producing rigorous and relevant financial analyses for senior management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Produce and present complex financial analyses related to the overall performance of the company (P&L, profitability, liquidity, etc.)
- Develop dashboards and performance indicators to support decision-making
- Participate in annual financial planning, quarterly forecasts, and budgeting exercises
- Contribute to the analysis of investment projects, acquisitions, and international expansion
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (operations, accounting, IT, etc.) to understand business challenges
- Support the evolution of financial tools and analysis processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field (CPA, CFA, MBA an asset)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A or in an accounting firm
- Sharp analytical mind and excellent business acumen
- Excellent mastery of Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and to simplify financial information
- Bilingualism (French and English) required, in an international collaboration context
