Competitive base salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 per year (100% salaried position, no commission).
Permanent full-time position with a stable day schedule, Monday to Friday, starting early at 6:30 AM.

Responsibilities
Welcome customers warmly, discuss product features, and analyze their technical needs.
Receive and process orders accurately via phone, email, and in person.
Estimate pricing, detail credit terms, warranties, and coordinate delivery dates.
Accept payments and carefully prepare merchandise for sale.
Obtain necessary information from suppliers for special orders and follow up on inventory.
Conduct regular follow-ups with other internal departments (purchasing, logistics, accounting) to ensure deadlines are met.
Act as an internal advisor and work closely with external sales representatives to drive business.
Qualifications
Bilingual in French and English, both oral and written:
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT JUSTIFICATION
Our client operates across Canada and globally. The company takes all reasonable measures to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, requiring it only when necessary and when existing bilingual employees are unable to fulfill these duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in both spoken and written English. Specifically, this role will require the employee to communicate on a daily basis with English-speaking clients and suppliers located outside Quebec.
Minimum of one year of relevant experience in customer service or inside sales.
Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Relevant experience in technical functions or knowledge of the Odoo software is a strong asset.
Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build trusting relationships.
Keen sense of organization, responsibility, and priority management.
Punctual, reliable, and ready to start the day early.
