Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Day Shift)

Responsibilities
Shipment Management: Manage customer deliveries and inter-company transfers between Toronto, Calgary, and Cleveland hubs; keep the Warehouse Supervisor updated on all critical logistics matters.
Interdepartmental Liaison: Advise internal teams and leadership on shipment status, order processing, and logistical workflows.
Order Picking & Packing: Manually retrieve items using purchase orders to assemble, wrap, and prepare accurate shipments.
Inbound/Outbound Inspection: Perform thorough damage checks on product transfers arriving from Cleveland or Toronto facilities.
Equipment Upkeep: Safely operate forklifts and automated wrapping machinery, ensuring daily fluid checks and basic maintenance are performed.
Qualifications
Experience: 1+ years of shipping/receiving experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or industrial facility.
Certifications: Valid license/certification for Counterbalance forklifts
Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking and shipping system input.
Physical Capabilities: Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs (light-to-moderate physical effort; heavy lifting is minimal).
