Our client is looking for a Credentialing Assistant - Documentation Coordinator for their office located in Downtown Toronto. The Credentialing Assistant will be coordinating and completing document evaluation application processes. The role involves high-volume administrative responsibilities, requiring accuracy, confidentiality, and time-sensitive execution. if you have 3 - 5 years of administrative experience please apply to our Credentialing Assistant - Documentation Coordinator role.
Advantages
-Start Date: Immediate
-Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
-Hybrid Model: 2–3 days/week in-office; 5 days/week during training
-Office closed December 24 and January 1 (no vacation deduction)
-Summer hours: Short Fridays every other week (e.g., 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM)
Responsibilities
-Process, file, and maintain both physical and digital documentation related to evaluation applications
-Coordinate the collection of outstanding documents by corresponding with candidates and issuing authorities
-Address candidate inquiries and follow up on required submissions
-Perform quality control on application processing
-Purge outdated documentation files according to internal policy
-Run and clear assigned reports
-Support document acknowledgment activities as required
-Assist and train others involved in document evaluation processes
-Sort, prepare, and organize physical mail and incoming materials
-Create and maintain candidate files – both electronic and paper-based
Qualifications
-3–5 years of administrative experience
-College or university graduate
-Strong organizational, coordination, and quality assurance skills
-Excellent attention to detail and time management in a fast-paced environment
-Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
-Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and file management (Windows environment)
