Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities as a Collections and Credit Specialist:
Manage and collect accounts receivable within your assigned territory
Approve the release of orders ready for shipment
Perform account reconciliations with accuracy
Generate and analyze credit reports to support business decisions
Independently resolve complex or sensitive collection cases
Assess margin increase requests in collaboration with your supervisor
Approve credit limit exceptions using thorough analysis and sound business judgment
Qualifications
Do you have the required Skills?
DEC, AEC, or DEP in accounting or a related field is preferred—an asset
2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the manufacturing sector
Bilingual (French and English)
Strong proficiency in Excel
Excellent verbal communication skills
Professionalism and articulate speech
Attention to detail
