Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Work environment where autonomy and initiative are encouraged.
Responsibilities
Design and adjust daily delivery routes local and cross-border to maximize driver efficiency and adherence to delivery schedules.
Assign trips to the appropriate drivers and vehicles, taking into account current legislation (driving hours, labor laws).
Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, managing contingencies, cancellations, and delays, and quickly finding solutions en route.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a dispatching role
Excellent knowledge of the geography of the operating sector: Quebec, Eastern Canada, United States
IT skills in DispatchMate and Isaac
