Responsibilities
Operate electric sit-down counterbalance forklifts to load, unload, move, and organize freight safely across a high-volume cross-dock.
Drive stand-up stock picker equipment to pick customer orders, stock loose pick bins, and return re-barcoded cases to high-bay storage.
Team up to receive and execute inventory put-aways during heavy delivery days (handling 800–1,200 cases as a unit).
Maintain complete operational accuracy by placing products in precise bin locations and verifying barcodes.
Execute daily and weekly warehouse cleaning duties to keep the facility safe, clear, and organized.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines while collaborating closely with team members.
Qualifications
Hold a valid Forklift Operator Certification with proven experience in a fast-paced cross-dock or LTL environment.
Demonstrate the physical capability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift.
Commit to full-time availability for either the early morning (3:00 AM – 11:30 AM) or day (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM) shift.
Bring a track record of punctual attendance, acute safety awareness, and strong spatial awareness for tight loading spaces.
Possess reliable transportation to arrive consistently at the Edmonton facility for your scheduled shift.
