What We’re Looking For
Certified Pro: Must hold a valid Sit-Down Counterbalance forklift ticket.
Cross-Dock Experience: Proven experience in a fast-paced cross-dock or LTL transportation environment is highly preferred.
Spatial Awareness: A strong understanding of trailer configurations and how to safely maximize cube space.
Reliable & Self-Driven: Someone who shows up on time, works hard, and doesn't need to be watched to get the job done.

Responsibilities
Safely operate a Sit-Down Counterbalance forklift to move LTL freight across the dock.
Load and unload various types of trailers, ensuring weight distribution is balanced.
Work independently to prioritize shipments based on departure times.
Scan and track freight using handheld devices to maintain 100% inventory accuracy.
Identify and report any damaged goods before they are loaded for transport.
Maintain a clean and organized dock floor to ensure a safe transition for the morning crew
Qualifications
Valid Forklift Ticket/Certification (Required).
1–2 years of experience operating a Sit-Down Counterbalance forklift.
Previous experience with LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight is a major asset.
Must have CSA-approved steel-toed boots and high-visibility gear.
