Key Responsibilities
Forklift Operation: Safely operate a Sit-Down Counterbalance (SDCB) forklift to load and offload incoming/outgoing trailers and move materials throughout the warehouse.
Logistics & Communication: Coordinate with clients by phone and email to schedule and collect shipments.
Data Entry: Accurately capture, track, and input shipment information into the company system.
Material Handling: Manually lift, move, and organize warehouse materials as required (must be comfortable lifting up to 40–50 lbs).
Qualifications & Requirements
Certification: Must possess a valid, current Forklift License (Sit-Down Counterbalance).
Communication: Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) for professional emailing and customer service phone calls.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computers, inventory systems, and phones.
Physical Fit: Ability to perform manual lifting (40–50 lbs) and stand/walk for the duration of a 4-hour shift.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively and independently within a small team environment.

Responsibilities
Drive & Load: Use a Sit-Down Counterbalance (SDCB) forklift to efficiently load/unload incoming and outgoing trailers and manage warehouse stock.
Client Outreach: Manage incoming and outgoing customer communication via phone and email to ensure smooth shipment pickups.
Data Capture: Maintain accurate digital records by inputting key shipping and receiving details into the system.
Heavy Lifting: Manually move, stack, and organize materials weighing up to 40–50 lbs as needed.
Qualifications
Must have valid forklift license and minimum 1 year experience with the Sit down counterbalance
Comfortable using the computer and excellent customer service skills
