Wage : 21-25 based on experience
Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate both Sit-Down Counterbalance forklifts and Stand-Up Order/Stock Pickers.
Cross-Dock Distribution: Execute fast-tracked logistics by transferring high-volume shipments directly from inbound to outbound trailers to maximize fulfillment speed.
Load & Unload: Accurately handle, stack, and organize LTL freight.
Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly adhere to all safety protocols under tight timelines.
Position Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven forklift experience, ideally in a fast-paced cross-dock or LTL environment.
Dual Certification: Must hold valid, current certifications/tickets for both Sit-Down Counterbalance and Stand-Up Order Pickers (Reach).
Reliable Transportation: Must have a personal vehicle to commute to our Edmonton facility (due to shift start times, public transit may not be reliable).
Availability: Ready to commit to a set shift and start working immediately.

Responsibilities
• Operate electric sit-down counterbalance forklifts in a busy cross dock/LTL environment
• Use stand-up stock picker equipment to pick and put away product
• Load, unload, move, and organize freight and product safely and efficiently
• Stock loose pick bins and pick customer orders accurately
• Re-barcode cases and return products to high bay storage
• Assist with inventory put-away during delivery days (800–1200 cases shared across team)
• Perform daily and weekly warehouse cleaning duties
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Work closely with team members in a fast-paced warehouse setting
Qualifications
• Valid forklift certification for both reach truck and sit-down counterbalance forklifts
• Previous cross dock, LTL, warehouse, or freight handling experience preferred
• Experience operating electric forklifts required
• Physically fit and able to lift/move boxes up to 50 lbs consistently
• Strong English communication skills required
• Detail-oriented with strong teamwork abilities
• Must have reliable transportation as the location is not accessible by transit
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high daily volume demands
