Requirements: A valid Sit-Down Counterbalance forklift license and a reliable personal vehicle (the facility is not accessible via public transit)

Responsibilities
quipment Operation: Safely operate a Sit-Down Counterbalance forklift to transport LTL freight across the facility.
Freight Management: Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers, ensuring precise weight distribution and load balance.
Task Prioritization: Work independently to manage and prioritize shipments based on scheduled departure times.
Inventory Control: Scan and track cargo utilizing handheld RF scanners to maintain 100% inventory accuracy.
Quality Assurance: Inspect freight to identify and report any damaged goods prior to transport.
Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized dock floor to ensure a safe, efficient transition for the incoming shift.
Qualifications
Valid Forklift Ticket/Certification (Required).
1–2 years of experience operating a Sit-Down Counterbalance forklift.
Previous experience with LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight is a major asset.
Must have CSA-approved steel-toed boots and high-visibility gear.
