Location: Montréal East - Anjou
Position: Permanent - Full-Time
Salary : 21$/h
Flexible Schedule: Choose between 8 am–4 pm, 8:30 am–4:30 pm, or 9 am–5 pm.
Work Mode: 100% on-site initially – with the possibility of 1 to 2 days of remote work after a few months, based on performance.

Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of calls and emails, including a significant number of emergency calls.
Handle the scheduling and dispatch of field technicians’ interventions.
Make outbound calls to book annual inspection and maintenance appointments.
Draft submissions and enter customer data into company software.
Prepare notices for tenants regarding technician visits.
Qualifications
Bilingualism is essential (French and English), as approximately 50% of the clientele is English-speaking.
Experience (1 to 2 years) in a customer service or support role, ideally in a high-volume call environment (e.g., call center).
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and handle urgent situations calmly.
Strong teamwork skills and a high motivation to learn a technical field.
Availability for 100% on-site work in Montréal East for the initial period and training.
