Customer Care Representative

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible)
Type: Permanent Contract
Salary: $60k to $65k Work
Mode: Hybrid (1 day remote after 3 months of probation)

Responsibilities
Manage the full order cycle, from initial quote to final invoicing.

Coordinate shipments with the warehouse and schedule appointments with installers.

Ensure rigorous tracking of inventory and deadlines within SAP and Excel.

Act as the primary point of contact for sales representatives and customers (Atlantic Canada and Ontario regions).

Qualifications
Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables (a test will be administered).

Bilingualism: Perfect fluency in French and English with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Problem Solving: Ability to manage a high volume of files and find creative solutions.
