Location: Montreal East.
Contract: Permanent.
Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday (100% on-site).
Salary: Up to $52,000 annually ($25/hr).

Responsibilities
You will become the main contact for B2B clients, especially those in South America, thanks to your impeccable Spanish.
You manage communications (calls and emails) regarding parts, service, and coordinating technician appointments.
You prepare quotes in SAP and ensure follow-up until finalization.
You handle the input, tracking, and control of all purchase orders (PO) for service calls and parts.
You update client files and service reports in SAP.
Qualifications
Mandatory Trilingualism: You are perfectly bilingual (French/English) AND you master Spanish (spoken and written).
Confirmed Experience: You have at least 2 years of customer service experience.
Technical Skill: You possess a basic knowledge of electromechanics or have worked in a technical/manufacturing environment to assist our clients.
Tools: Familiarity with SAP is a major asset.
