Responsibilities
Provide quick, empathetic, and professional support by phone, email, chat, or in person.
Manage orders, returns, claims, and product information requests.
Accurately document all interactions in CRM or ERP systems.
Collaborate with logistics, sales, and warehouse teams to resolve customer issues.
Keep your knowledge of company products, promotions, and policies up to date.
Manage questions related to credit, billing, or customer accounts.
Provide exceptional service in French and English.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Fluency in French and English (both spoken and written).
Knowledge of using artificial intelligence, CRMs, and digital tools.
