Answer inbound calls and emails from partner boutiques and retailers.
Ensure rigorous follow-up on orders and inform clients of delivery times.
Manage warranty requests, product returns, and technical claims.
Use the SAP system for data entry and updating client files.
Qualifications
Essential Bilingualism: Excellent command of French and English (70% of the clientele is English-speaking). You communicate daily with English-speaking clients located outside of Quebec.
Technological Proficiency: Ability to quickly learn new software (experience with SAP is an asset).
Interpersonal Skills: Recognized for your empathy, active listening, and desire to help. Professional
Experience: Experience in customer service (retail, hospitality, or office) is highly valued.
