Location : Montreal East
Salary : 45k - 55k
Advantages
Permanent full-time position (day shift, Mon–Fri)
Competitive salary: $45,000 – $55,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person
Enter and track orders in the system (ERP/CRM)
Coordinate deliveries and resolve issues related to returns or logistics
Collaborate with sales, logistics, and production teams
Keep customer records up to date
Qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service
Strong communication skills in French and English
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic systems (ERP or CRM is a plus)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Positive, customer-focused attitude
