Specific Responsibilities: From Analysis to Customer Impact
This role supports the management of online operations and after-sales service, focusing on analytical rigor and continuous improvement of the customer experience.

Responsibilities
Analyze Customer Satisfaction Survey results to identify issues and recommend concrete solutions for improving the after-sales experience.
Ensure close monitoring of customer service performance indicators and drive continuous improvement.
Participate in the standardization and automation of data analysis processes.
Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to improve data quality and ensure that analyses support the company's strategic objectives.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience
2 to 3 years in a call center (or customer service environment)
1 to 3 years of experience in data analysis.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in MS Office software (Excel essential).
Proficiency in PowerBI and PowerAutomate.
Demonstrated ability to analyze customer data to generate tangible impacts.
Languages:
Bilingualism (oral and written) essential – Ability to interact with unilingual English-speaking employees, suppliers, or external partners.
Candidate Profile
Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
Structured and rigorous, focused on quality work/service.
High level of autonomy and ability to make decisions.
Priority management and self-control.
