In this key contract role, you will play a pivotal part at the heart of operations. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and flawless customer experience, from initial order placement through to final delivery.

Responsibilities
Order Lifecycle Management: Manage the full order processing cycle (entry, tracking, and issue resolution) for a portfolio of strategic clients.
Key Account Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned major accounts, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, planning, and operations teams to optimize delivery times.
Performance Monitoring: Track account performance, identify recurring issues, and propose process improvements.
Escalation Handling: Independently manage complex requests and customer escalations.
Reporting: Produce and analyze activity reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain, or order management, ideally within the manufacturing or B2B sector.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong comfort with data management (knowledge of SAP is a major asset).
Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to manage complex situations independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
Proven Track Record: Tangible experience managing strategic accounts or high transactional volumes.
Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, proactivity, a solution-oriented mindset, and high flexibility in the face of change.
Language Skills: Perfect bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written.
Note on Language Requirements: Fluency in English is required for this position, as the successful candidate will be required to communicate daily with strategic clients and business partners located outside of Quebec (primarily across North America), and will utilize global data management tools.
