Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a call center (banking or collections experience is a major asset).
Bilingualism: Excellent command of both French and English (essential for call handling and utilizing internal tools).
Soft Skills: Strong listening skills, patience, and the ability to handle dissatisfied or stressed callers.
Profile: You are organized, reliable, and capable of quickly learning complex new processes.
Proficiency in English is required for this position, as the successful candidate will be required to collaborate daily with an English-speaking internal team and utilize work tools available exclusively in English
