Location: Lachine (on-site)
Salary: $21.50/hour + benefits
Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM / 40 hours per week
Duration: 7 months with possibility of extension or permanent hire

Responsibilities
📌Answer incoming calls and emails quickly and professionally
📌Open new client accounts, place and follow up on orders
📌Prepare truck documentation and coordinate vehicle pick-ups and deliveries
📌Communicate with dispatch and terminals in the U.S. (notably Florida)
📌Coordinate vehicle inspections for Snowbirds
📌Follow up on customs files and collaborate with brokers
📌Efficiently resolve client issues with a solution-focused approach
📌Perform other related tasks to support operations
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years experience in customer service (call center or reception is a plus)
- Experience in vehicle rental or transport is a major asset!
- Bilingual French and English, spoken and written
- Comfortable with MS Office (O365) and able to learn new software
- Valid driver’s license (class 5) : an asset
- Excellent prioritization skills and calmness under pressure to resolve difficult situations
- Autonomous, resourceful, team player
