About the position:
Compensation: The salary is between $45,000 to $55,000 per year.
Work model: This is a hybrid position, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote after one month of in-person training.
Schedule: The position is full-time, with a 37.5-hour week, Monday to Friday, during the day.
What we are looking for:
Experience in customer service or in a call center is required.
Experience in dispatch is an asset.
An excellent level of English is essential for communicating with clients, and functional French is required.
A good sense of organization, the ability to multitask, and to be very reliable.

Responsibilities
Understand and support major clients by receiving and dispatching a service provider for calls.
Transfer service requests to the appropriate location.
Respond to telephone and electronic inquiries from anglophone customers outside of Quebec.
Maintain data related to service requests.
Manage calls from customers who are frustrated with urgent issues.
Coordinate the dispatch of service technicians and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
Act as a backup for other administrative positions as needed.
Work cooperatively and respectfully
Qualifications
High School Diploma (DES) completed.
At least one year of experience in a call center or customer service department.
Strong customer service orientation.
Be well-organized and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
Ability to be flexible with the work schedule.
Good computer skills, including the effective use of Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Fluency in French and English required to interact with clients and English-speaking partners in Canada.
Functional French, both verbal and written.
Spanish is an asset.
Reliability is very important for this role.
