Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative position are:
- Taking care of customers and their needs from A to Z, either by telephone or face-to-face
- Multi-tasking to ensure prompt service, clear inventory and effective communication between departments
- Answering incoming customer calls
- Follow-up of requests in the database

Qualifications
To apply for this position you must have:

- Experience in customer service, on the phone or in a boutique
- Fluent English and French, as many incoming calls will be in English
- Experience in the esthetics field, a strong asset
- Exceptional autonomy and professionalism
