Responsibilities
The Customer Service Agent - Industrial Division will play a varied and essential role:
Communication Management: Answer incoming calls and manage a shared email inbox to process customer requests.
Order Processing: Enter, modify, track, and manage customer orders within the AS/400 system.
Internal Support: Provide first-level technical assistance (depending on the questions) and use the Inside Sales platform for information retrieval.
Versatility: Provide counter and showroom support and coverage during peak periods, breaks, or staff absences (flexibility required).
Client Consulting: Identify and suggest complementary products to enhance the customer experience (without direct sales targets).
Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Agent - Industrial Division in Ville Saint-Laurent, you must possess the following qualities:
Bilingualism: Essential proficiency in French and English (oral and written) is mandatory.
Location and Presence: Must be able to work 100% in the office and reside within a reliable commuting distance (proximity to Ville Saint-Laurent is a key requirement for stability).
Technical Skills: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and master new software or systems (such as AS/400) and manage complex information related to over 150,000 different products.
Relevant Experience: Experience in customer service (preferably with tangible products or in a quality-focused contact center environment).
